As we all know, smoking is never good at all for anyone’s . The warning is always written on the cigarette packets but what surprises me is how ignorant we can be. I think it is high time we stop taking things for granted and take responsibility for ourselves. Cigarette smoking causes some problems to our breathing system and also accelerates aging of the skin. It contains an enzyme which breaks the collagen which is responsible for the elasticity of the skin resulting in the formation of wrinkles.

  1. Avoid direct exposure to the sun

In as much as the sun is a great source of Vitamin D, a vital vitamin for strong bones, it can also cause damage to the skin. This can either be through the formation of sunspots or acceleration of wrinkle formation. Obviously we can never avoid the sun entirely, therefore, sunscreens are the best remedy for this.

We all know fruits and vegetables are very good substances for general health. Some of the importance that we know are increasing the blood in the body and preventing the body from various diseases hence termed as immunity food. Aside from this they are a great contribution to the skin health. It contains Vitamin A and Vitamin C that are responsible for removal of sunspots from the surface of the skin and strengthens the collagen that ensure the skin does not become lose to a point of wrinkle formation.

  1. Have enough sleep

Enough sleep is good for a number of organs in the body which include the eyes, brain and now finally the skin. According to experience or any external knowledge, lack of sleep leads to straining which majorly results in very unpleasant regular facial expressions that eventually lead to the formation of wrinkles in the skin. Therefore when you are told to sleep early, you are really loved, and your beauty is highly valued.

  1. Ensure intake of fats

Fat intake are very much discouraged by many nutritionists. However, the dermatologists on the other end say that a reasonable amount helps to keep the skin elastic. You might wonder who to believe, but this should not worry you because both of them are right just that the nutritionist is telling you not to take the excess and the dermatologist advocates for reasonable amounts. This is basically the same thing stated in different ways so do not shy away from fats.

  1. Take a lot of water

Water is very important in every aspect of life ranging from cleaning, digestion, blood addition and ski health too. It promotes breaking down of fat that would, in the long run, accumulate on the surface of the skin formation of pimples. The broken down fats are instead put to use for the benefit the skin rather than harm it. It acts as a moisturizer which strengthens collagen hence preventing the formation of wrinkles.

  1. Chose your moisturizers wisely

There are different varieties of moisturizers on the market which others are genuine while others are just meant for business but not good for the skin. Lotions and creams always fall in the bracket of those moisturizers that can harm the skin especially the face. It makes you look beautiful at that particular moment but with time the skin abruptly forms wrinkles. Argan oil and Coconut oil are the most recommended moisturizers for your skin, but coconut oil is not good for those people with oily skin.

Conclusion
