Now what are the bad foods? To have a little summary, these foods are those that we buy at convenience stores or the type of food that doesn’t expire for a while. These foods include potato chips, gravy, sugar-fortified drinks, chocolate bars, canned food, and basically anything that has a full load of preservatives and has been processed to withstand the test of time from a few months to a few years. These foods are not only artificial but also dangerous for our consumption. These type of foods are the things we want to get rid of or at least limit our consumption of. These foods are advertised on T.V. and marketed in just about every food market.
We eat them not just for convenience but also for pleasure and while there is really nothing wrong with satisfying your cravings, too much bad food is literally bad for you, specially your colon. How bad? Well we have a plethora of diseases linked to eating too much fast food. Not to mention the number of cases wherein cancers and certain evolution of diseases stemmed from everyday consumption of chemicals that have accumulated over the years.
Over time, these artificial pleasures will end up consuming us in the form of various diseases and our most damaged organ will be our colon.
