One of the most popular reasons people start going on a diet or exercise program is to lose weight. More than the number on the scales, people would often go to so much trouble just to see their belly fat shrink. Despite the popularity of the goal, however, many often end up stuck in the middle or gaining more weight than they started with!

To lose weight, it all boils down to 3 main steps

  1. Improving diet
  2. Getting adequate exercise
  3. Maintaining the motivation
