Water is the most important liquid substance on Earth. Without water, life couldn’t have thrived so much let alone the possibility of human existence. In many instances, you can equate water with life but many take it for granted, opting for liquids that the #body doesn’t need. When this happens, dehydration occurs and while it often goes unnoticed, a prolonged period of dehydration can result to grave consequences.
To present to us the importance of hydration, Damien Kenny sent an infographic that tells us a few things we don’t know about hydration.

Water is involved in so many processes in the body that being just 2% dehydrated can start to hinder your body’s ability to perform. Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to function fully.
