    Thanks for the tips. I guess I will try them since I’m too busy to have excercise, and lazy as well. I also realize that I have some bad habits like skipping breakfast and sometimes lunch, or not eating enough fruits and vegetables. It’s hard to change the habits, but it’s worth to give it a try.
